We’re rethinking what health and safety means to your organisation

Over 30 years of clinical expertise and national reach makes us well positioned to help you build a healthier, happier and stronger workforce.

Founded in 1992, Konekt has long history of helping Australians to be safe and well at work.

Over this time, we’ve developed a deep understanding of businesses like yours. And we’re familiar with the issues you face and the broader workplace landscape.

We are one of Australia’s largest providers of injury prevention, injury management and workplace wellbeing services, having delivered the highest level of care and services to a total of 33,395 individuals nationally throughout 2024.

We offer true national service coverage for customers within the insurance, corporate and government sectors. We have nationwide offices and regularly visit major regions, with the flexibility to service other areas on request.

Our approach to supporting workplace health and safety is more than reducing risk, and saving time, effort, and costs – it’s about creating sustainable long term return to work outcomes, not quick fix solutions, to ensure an organisation-wide impact.

We are constantly rethinking and evolving how we can better support people and organisations, to change how they think about health and safety, and get the very best out of every team member.
